How we calculate: hours per week × hourly cost × 4.33 weeks = saving per month. We subtract the monthly costs and divide the one-off cost by the result.

Questions about prices
What does the 20-minute call cost?
Nothing. The first call is free and puts you under no obligation.
Why do you show “from” prices?
Every business is different. The “from” price covers a small, clearly defined scope. We work out the exact price after the call: you get a written proposal with a fixed price.
Are there costs that turn up later?
No. All one-off and monthly costs are in the proposal. A third of companies using AI found it more expensive than expected (Bitkom, February 2026), so we state the monthly costs from the start. Requests beyond the proposal cost €110 per hour and are agreed with you first.
What does work outside the proposal cost?
€110 per hour, net. We agree such work with you first.
Are prices net?
Yes. All prices are net, plus German VAT.
Is the KI-Start workshop credited?
Yes. If you go on to a project with us, the workshop is credited towards the project price.
Does the price depend on funding?
No. Our prices apply regardless of funding programmes, and we never promise a grant.
